Hello everyone! Ava got very sick on Friday and fast. Long story short she was airlifted to Iowa City hospitals. We are very afraid she might have reherniated. They are still doing testing on her to find out the problem. It is so hard to be patient and calm when your child is in pain. They haven't yet ruled out reherniation. We are praying it isn't anything too bad. Many things have been thrown around and we are now speaking with the surgeons. She just got through with a GI stomach emptying test.
We are still not knowing what it is so far. Her symptoms are vomiting, fever, and very irritable. She is not resting well at all. Brian and I have to hold her.
Please pray for Ava. She is really in a lot of pain.
I'll update when I know more. I am using the hospitals computer.

We're certainly keeping you in our thoughts. Hopefully it won't be anything too serious.

oh terri i will most surely keep you ava and your family in my prayers, i hope that iowa can help ava and you don't end up backon the east coast again. take care and i will keep checking on you and ava. may the lord conitnue to lift ava up in prayer and give her the strength to get better soon.
