Well Ava had a pretty good day. We are trying to get her up and out more and more each day. She has gone on three stroller rides so far. She is getting so much stronger. Her body is healing ad we are so happy for her. Please keep Ava's oldest sister, Lexis in your prayers she is sick with the flu. She is miserable. I feel bad that I can't be with her. This has been hard on all of us. Pray that God will let this be over soon. Children need their nice warm beds and they need their Moms and Dads.
Here is what Ava accomplished today.

WoW! It is so nice to see her looking so good!!!!!! Weare all thinking of you AvA! Oliveri Family and Friends ;)
Ava you are looking better each day! We can't wait to see the day you go home. Thinking of you and praying that you go home soon.
Terri - she is looking so good - you can tell that energy all children have that we want to bottle and sell - hasn't kicked in yet...but soon!
Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers and sending Ava some further recovery chants!

Terri-
Thanks for commenting!! I can assure you I know every tiny tidbit you write about Ava. I haven't missed a beat but I'm bad with the consoling words!! I pray several times a day for the little miss. Let's just say it...I'm obsessed with Ava!! I can say I'm so so so glad she is where she is in her recovery. Slow and steady wins the race!!
Rub her tiny cheeks because I feel like that is the only place she can be touched!!

P.S. Hang in there. You two are both doing GREAT.
Terri,
Ava looks really good! I hope that she is home very soon! You are all in my prayers.
Have you talked to your pediatrician about Lexis getting a script for Tamiflu? Ryan got a flu shot every year since he got RSV (4). The only time he didn't get a flu shot he got the flu. I got the script for Tamiflu and Ryan felt better almost immediately, and he was miserable as well. Just a thought....please look into it, it was a miracle drug for Ryan a few years ago!!
God bless!
Jeanie
Ava you look great! I know mommy and daddy are so proud of you. You keep going on those stroller rides so you can ride on home to your wonderful big sisters.
Take care
I hope the rest of the weekend was good, too! :) We are constantly thinking about how Ava and you guys are doing, it looks like she is getting better and stronger everyday.
We are also praying for Lexis, I know that "torn in two" feeling. Hope she is feeling better.
Both of mine are sick, its been a long weekend. Hope you are all staying warm!!
